Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account dashboard and select 'Request Return' next to your order history to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
- 3.Shipping and Labeling
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
